"This was a beautiful hotel in Wuxi- we had wonderful rooms and the staff was very friendly. The only problem that I had was the room temperature. Perhaps a problem with Westerners like me, but I need a room to be at least down to 18-20 degrees Celsius/ 68 degrees Fahrenheit in order to sleep comfortably. "Loved the room, decent location, but none of the staff spoke English which made it hard to ask for anything. I understand being in a non-English speaking country, but a 4 star hotel should be able to accommodate international guests easily. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou. The room was modern, beautifully designed, and very clean, which made the entire stay feel incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The location was also a huge plus. It’s close to Panmen Gate and the gardens, and getting around was really easy. Everything felt convenient without being too busy. Overall, a great mix of comfort, design, and location. I’d definitely stay here again!"
