"I have stayed in this hotel many times, and I also introduced my friends to live here. First of all, this hotel is convenient for travel. It is very close to Hongqiao Airport and high-speed rail, and many restaurants and shopping nearby are not far away. The accommodation conditions are very clean, the front desk hall is very spacious, the accommodation price is reasonable, the front desk service staff is very polite, the concierge department helps to collect express delivery and takeaway, which is very convenient, and there is also a robot delivery service, which is safe and convenient. I will stay here every time I come to Shanghai. The Chinese and Western buffet breakfast is rich in food and fresh ingredients. Different races and ages can choose to match your own DIY breakfast. If you like fitness, it is right to choose to stay here. The gym is very large, open from 6am to 10pm in the evening. The fitness equipment is very complete. There are also personal trainers to customize your fitness courses, which also help you relax your muscles and drain acid. You can still swim after fitness. There are two lifeguards on duty , which is very safe. It doesn't matter if you don't know how to swim. There are personal swimming instructors here all day long to teach you how to swim. For individual travel, family travel, group travel, and long-term business activities, staying here is the best choice."

"We had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou. The hotel is located right across from a beautiful park. It takes about a 6-minute walk to reach the park, where you can enjoy the lovely lotus leaves and peaceful scenery. Even when the weather is not ideal, you can still have a great time inside the hotel. The hotel has beautiful gardens and lotus flowers, making it a perfect place for taking photos and relaxing. We highly recommend the hotel’s Jin Sha Restaurant, which serves delicious Chinese cuisine. The hotel also offers a complimentary photography experience. We chose to purchase additional photos this time, and the quality was excellent. Even if you decide not to buy extra photos, the service is still outstanding. The staff provided a truly five-star experience. Overall, we had a memorable stay and would highly recommend Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou."

"The building was built in the 1950s, so that’s the style. The location is perfect, with the lake right in front of your eyes. Rooms are solid built and quiet which is hard to achieve with modern buildings. Once you shut the balcony door you can’t hear the hustle and bustle outside. Breakfast is great with a gorgeous view of the lake. If one is looking for a modern hotel this is not the recommended one. But if one is interested in history and wants to stay at the same hotel a lot of world leaders stayed at, one may feel he/she is reliving the history here. Love the lotuses in the lobby by the way, very summery."

"Fabulous stay, buffet was wonderful, a great mix of western options and omelettes were made to order, nice selection of breads, pastries, fresh juices with an amazing view to enjoy your breakfast. Concierge at the front of the building, someone opening my taxi door, to offering to take my luggage, as well as someone standing at the elevators to guide you. Everything feels really well thought out and meticulous, you are truly cared for there. My best stay in china could not recommend enough."
