"Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour (3 nuits du 26 au 29 décembre 2025) : - l'hotel est très mignon et bien situé, facile d'accès et permettant de se déplacer aisément à pieds, en bus, etc ... - notre chambre (Al Kantara) au second étage était d'une propreté impeccable, calme et très confortable et très joliment décorée. "Nice place, but I didn’t connect with the neighborhood or any other surrounding area until the last night. There are local grocery and restaurant options, but not a fit for me. The last night I visited Bar Alimentar around the corner and LOVED it. Wish I had tried it earlier."

"This was a fabulous place. I would highly recommend it. Our family of 5 fit perfectly. Even though we only there for one night at the end of trip, it was amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were so friendly, information and personable. We had great conversations with them at the lovely quaint bar. We will definitely return!!"

"We loved our stay. It is a very nice resort and we felt deserved the 5 stars it has. We especially loved the buffet breakfast that was included in our stay. It felt like we were at a fancy resort and they even made us special omelettes and eggs Benedict fresh from the kitchen! The spa, gym and pools were also fantastic! It was however quite a walk to the water but rode shares and the trams were cheap enough to get around. Would return and recommend!"

The food was first class. The hotel is in a quiet area and a little removed from the shops, museums etc but that was fine for us. "

"Very nice, safe place. About 25 minute walk to the heart of town (uphill on the way home though). Very clean and easy to get to. The beds were a little hard for my liking, but still very clean and you have all you need. The communal kitchen was fantastic, with a small fridge to keep anything overnight. This was kept clean and stocked with tea and coffee."

"This was our first stay in Lisbon and the Vintage suited us very well indeed. It’s in a good neighborhood, within walking distance of good restaurants and shops, and the staff couldn’t possibly be more helpful and accommodating. Our room (403) was well-sized, particularly for Europe, had good views, good closet space, and while only steps from the rooftop bar, good sound proofing."

"The location was convenient and easy to access, but overall the stay was disappointing. There is a lot to improve. The bathroom was not clean enough, the rooms were very small, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the property. Additionally, the guests did not fully respect the house rules, which made the experience uncomfortable. While the location is a positive point, the overall quality and cleanliness need significant improvement."

The amenities were great, and every detail made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. The location was perfect, close to everything yet still peaceful. A great view of the city. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the overall atmosphere made it hard to leave. I’d absolutely stay here...
