Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. Reviews of 10 score were misleading. "

"A estadia foi muito agradável, prédio é novo e bem localizado, fui muito bem recebido pelos funcionários do prédio. Tem um mercadinho no andar do apto. De ruim, ausência de eletrodomésticos básicos como microondas e com certeza o check in , que é bem abusivo e até bagunçado.Tive que enviar para o whatsapp de um particular, fotos de todos os documentos principais, com a face de cada hóspede, total desrespeito a LEI GERAL DE PROTEÇÃO DE DADOS e sempre ameaçando não liberar o check in se não...
