"Everything was great except breakfast. It was small and way too many people. My coffee had an inch of grounds in it that I didn't realize until half way through. So gross. We loved the hotel though...still smelled new and was very clean. We loved being so close to UTC also. Great location. We will definitely stay here every time we come to Sarasota."

"Room was clean when I arrived. I was able to sign in early, which was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The AC was okay. Unit was rather noisy but was able to sleep okay the next day. Breakfast was not really good. Small selections for cereal. The same sausage meat and processed eggs were never changed the time I was there. Lighting was limited in the breakfast area and a little difficult to see properly. There was some water issues during the week and some construction of some type was...
