"Great place for short visits"

"Wir haben 2 Nächte im CitizenM verbracht. Das Zimmer war relativ klein, was vor dem buchen bekannt und somit für uns in Ordnung war. Wir hatten 2 große Koffer und mussten das Zimmer etwas umstellen um diese öffnen zu können. Der Ausblick war eine gegenüberliegende Betonwand. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut hat uns das iPad für die Raumsteuerung gefallen. Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück klassisch amerikanisch und gut. Insgesamt hat uns der Stil und die Lage des Hotels für eine Städtereise...

"The staff are very friendly, especially the bellmen. Most of the he front desk are also friendly. This is like my 4th time staying here and some have been so welcoming. I did feel like one was disappointed to see me hahaa. It's ok, I get it. I try to be easy peasy but I usually do ask for a late checkout, which they do kindly accommodate but you usually have to make sure they write it down.. anyways, overall great place to stay for a few days when I come and see my son that lives here."

"Clean, quiet, well-maintained boutique hotel in excellent location. Comfortable beds with soft bedding. Spacious rooms and a nice rooftop terrace available to guests. Would definitely stay here again. Only drawback was the limited number of outlet receptacles in the hotel room. Otherwise, everything was fantastic!"

"A cute little artsy super hip hotel and a nice change from boring everything white hotel rooms. Front desk staff are wonderful and oh so friendly! The hotel bar service could use some improvement tho, it was super slow and we waited half hour for two drinks and it wasn’t even busy, also it isn’t air conditioned in the bar area."

"Excellent customer service plus when my 8 year-old accidentally walked into the elevator 10 seconds before I did and the door closed, their security team was able to help immediately and found her within minutes on a lower floor (she had exited the elevator). Remind your kids if they get lost to stay put!"

"The place is quaint. They have a happy hour that was wonderful and they had cute little rooms with fireplaces. And they had a nice little breakfast down there in the little rooms with the fireplaces the next morning."

"Great location. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Bathrooms were also clean with plenty of hot water. The kitchen was modern and well stocked. Blazing saddles bike rentals offers a $24 dollar, 24hr rental for guests. I highly recommend this hostel!"

"The staff is warm and welcoming. I wish the main restaurant continued offering "American" cuisine dinner choices in addition to the new menu. Although I love Indian food I can no longer digest it. I did enjoy the breakfast menu there."

"This historic hotel is a dream, service is absolutely fantastic and location is terrific. It is immaculately clean. As you arrive your senses awaken with delightful smell of gorgeous flowers. We stayed at the club level and loved it. Service was fabulous, they accommodated gluten free and any requests we had. Food was fresh and constantly replenished. The ladies working there are a delight. The gym is really well equipped and clean. Best hotel in SFO. Looking forward to our next Opera...
