"We did Oceanfront and our view was excellent. We were right by the pier so we had some great photo ops. You couldn't take your own alcohol to pools or on the beach but yiu can buy from the bars there, and we didn't like that. The in house coffee shop was great, and the hotel supplied beach towels and chairs."
The Palmetto Hotel

"The Palmetto was absolutely perfect. First impression walking in is a gorgeous, inviting sitting room and a beautiful bar around the corner at the entrance, and then very lovely staff welcoming at check in. The room and (large) bathroom were clean and also beautiful. I love that a steamer was in the closet, which came in handy. Nice mini bar, though we didn’t use it. Very comfortable bed and lovely linen. Excellent pastries at breakfast as well as fruit, grits, hard boiled eggs, and excellent coffee. The hotel’s location was absolutely perfect to see the historic city and the coastline and to wonderful restaurants. All the staff we encountered were lovely. Family met us from Florida for the weekend and stayed there also for the 3 day weekend and loved the hotel as much as we did, and it was a feather in my cap that I found it!"

"The property was beautiful and very well maintained. Unfortunately, we were not able to check in when we immediately arrived but that was understandable since we were a bit early. We left our luggage in the holding area. When we checked in we asked for it to be delivered then called down to the front desk after a half hour and were told it would be there within ten minutes. A half hour later, my husband went downstairs and found our luggage sitting outside by the valet stand. Luckily, everything appeared to be in place."

"Such a cute hotel. The vibes are amazing and set the scene for a great time. Everything from the rooftop pool, to the Little Palm, the sitting areas and the rooms and so cute and charming. The amenities available through their gear garage are such a nice add as well! I would definitely recommend and stay here again!"
