"The bathroom was not clean. The room smelled. The door had a "trick" to open it which we weren't told when we checked in, so we dragged all of our stuff up to the room, couldn't open it, a guy who saw us stopped to help and he couldn't open it, so we had to bring all of our stuff back to go back to the lobby to get help. Breakfast was mediocre."

"Quick and easy check in with friendly staff. Our room was nice and clean. The only complaint I have, is how badly sound travels at 3:45 am from other guests talking in the hallway and allowing their door to slam behind them."

"Bar space is beautiful and the food was delicious. Great location where you can walk to so many restaurants, shopping, or the waterfront. "

"The breakfast bar was great. Really liked the fresh yogurt and fruit. We didn't cook in the room, but it had what was be needed. And we give an extra star for having a lamp on BOTH sides of the bed!"
