"The rooms are worn and outdated. Some of the staff are not knowledgeable about simple processes. It takes longer than usual to check in and check out. Although the property is clean, it felt like I should have gotten more for the money I spent and in comparison to other Marriott hotel stays."

"Hotel is newly renovated, very well kept and nice interior decorate. Bedrooms are nice without carpet and nice flooring. Hotel smells fresh and clean. The only thing is that parking is $10.99 a day for parking which ai didn’t know until to arrived. I suggested that they should inform people through messaging. The hotel messaged me before my stay there for other things but not that. Thought that should have been a notification for that too."

"A very convenient location and good price for staying before or after a flight out of Baltimore Washington Airport. Very clean, but the overall appearance was dated or older. They may be in the midst of redecorating. Breakfast was fantastic and the room was very clean. An excellent place to leave my car. They were very prompt picking us up with the shuttle when we called them... less than 15 mintues!"

"Let me 1st say I really love this hotel and the staff! My family and I have stayed here for the last 3 years in June for a family gathering (cookout) at the hotel as they have a nice grill and patio area. Here is where things go left during our stay the elevators kept going out! At one point I was forced to carry all my stuff up 3 flights of stairs aling with my other family members. It was grueling! Even the next day when my 90 year dad went down for breakfast he couldn't brave the stairs...
