"The wifi was weak. At one pointnin the night which is when we needed the wifi most, the connection was down. The hairdryer only works for a minute and have to wait another 10 mins to use for another minute. Takes forever to dry hair. The hotel has not been renovated since taken over by Hako from Bello. Pillow had a smell and way to soft to sleep on. The bed not comfortable at all. And after telling the staff about the hairdryer, nothing was done. Towel had stains."

"Very bad sound insulation, there was a street sweeper right under my window for hours around 2am till 4 am and it was so loud i could not sleep. Towels smelled very bad which I noticed after showering in the worst shower of my life, only boiling hot water or cold water no in between. I must thank my airline for rescheduling my flight so i could leave early out if this hell hole."

"The host for this property never provided me check-in instructions and never responded to communications attempts by me or by the hotels.com help disk. I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. I finally had to book last minute elsewhere. This was a pre-paid reservation but as of yet I've been unsuccessful getting a refund. "

"Apartment not furnished for basic needs. Kitchen doesn't have: Frying pan, full set of cutlery( no dining knifes), soup plates for cereal, no glasses. No extra garbage bags, no eaxtra toilet paper. No laundry detergent. Oven is marked as temporarily out of service. Fact is it was never used. Fridge was not able to freeze and not even able to keep food cold in fridge section. Breakfast was very basic with limited choices, and the lack of variety became noticeable if staying more than two nights. The lift lobby of 33A, where the restaurant is located, was greasy and slippery, which made the experience less pleasant.
