"The apartment was good, some comments are the bathrooms were a bit small and lacked space for things. The beds were big and comfortable but ridiculously low. The absolute biggest negative was the honking from the train station and border control area, it was all the time and really annoying especially all night and it's not short honking but people hang on to the honking, ridiculous. It was quite easy to go to the mall even though there is a big construction project next door."

"Very bad sound insulation, there was a street sweeper right under my window for hours around 2am till 4 am and it was so loud i could not sleep. Towels smelled very bad which I noticed after showering in the worst shower of my life, only boiling hot water or cold water no in between. I must thank my airline for rescheduling my flight so i could leave early out if this hell hole."

Communication with the agent could be improved. I was not given the check in details until close to checkin time. Agent did not bother to reply to my enquiries via Expedia’s ‘Contact Hotel’. I was traveling when the complicated check in details were sent to me via WhatsApp. Finding WiFi to view checkin videos when traveling was a challenge....
