"The room should have been cleaner. There were brown rings around the faucet in the bathroom sink. We had housekeeping come in daily and the floor was never vacuumed. The AC was loud and had a mildew like smell. The staff were all very friendly and the rest of the hotel was great!"

"Asked for a room for 5 people, arrived in the middle of the night to check in and found out we had been "upgraded" to a penthouse. It sounded great at first, but upon getting to the room, realized it was only a king size bed and a pull out couch, so we didn't have enough beds.
