"Beds were very comfortable and had 2 firm pillowes and 2 soft pillows each. Noise from the hallway loudly spills into the rooms. As this locarion is near an international airport with arrivals at all times, your sleep experience may be helped if you use earplugs. We had difficulty with loud guests congregating for an extended period around the elevators at 3am - no fault of the hotel. Location is convenient for flights to/from JFK. Shuttle service is a little slow. We saw some drivers come by for pickups 2 or 3 times before our shuttle arrived even though the other hotels were in the same block. The complimentary breakfast was typical for this hotel chain. Rooms were generally clean but needed repair. Shower caulk was moldy, bathroom fixtures were loose, some rust in places,"
