"I stayed here for five days with my son during spring break, and unfortunately the experience was not very good. The number provided for room service was not helpful, and the person on the phone was rude. I was also sent a text link to place requests like room cleaning and other services, but it did not seem to work. When I asked the front desk if they received my requests, they said they never received anything from the link.
I requested room cleaning twice and never received it until I finally went downstairs to ask in person. The phone in my room also did not work. I also requested a late checkout through the link because my flight was at 6 p.m., but the front desk said they never received that request either. They told me if I checked out at 3 p.m. I would have to pay for another full day, even though the link made it seem like those requests could be made.
During my stay I had to go downstairs to get towels and washcloths myself, and I even had to go to the store to buy cleaning supplies just to keep the restroom clean.
The only positive part of my stay was the housekeeping staff. When I spoke with one of them, she was very kind, helpful, and informative. Overall, sending a request link during check-in does not make sense if the front desk is not actually receiving those requests."
