"Room could have been cleaner but overall nice hotel and staff."

"We loved our stay at the General Morgan Inn. We came in on a Sunday and we were one of a few guests in the hotel that evening, which was kind of nice. I will say, nothing was open in the hotel that night, so we didn't get to enjoy anything besides our room and breakfast the next morning. We did enjoy walking up to the outdoor patio in the evening and just standing around looking at the view of the city. Would 100% recommend this place! "

"The check in clerk was unpleasant and unhelpful. The room and linen smelt moldy and the shower door was covered in soap scum. Very disappointed. I booked because the reviews said very good. That wasn't my experience."

"Staff was nice. Room was in need of repair and cleaning. Walls were stained and peeling. Couch had stains as did the pillow. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Our friends 4th floor room had barely any shower water pressure the would shower in our room. Other than that it was good."

"My room was big and clean. But entering the floor that goes to the room, the stairwell which was outside the building had trash and was not kept clean at all. Entering the hallway to my room there were like five huge bay windows. The first window obviously had tremendous signs of break-in where the screen was pulled away. The window was broken. The mini blind was filthy beyond words and broken. The second window it was open, and I could not lock it. All the mini blinds were torn and hanging and...

"They were in flood zone when Hellen happened. Unfortunately room had a very strong smell, it bathroom I’ve seen the mold. Bedding and towels were clean but in general it wasn't pleasant feeling because of that strong smell"

"Very nice clean hotel for the price. Tasty breakfast and kids loved the swimming pool (indoor). We stayed with other members from our baseball team and the lobby had a great hang out area. They were great hosts and the location was just what we needed, within a 15 min drive of everywhere we needed to go."
