"The room was fine and the desk staff were great. Unfortunately we left a tip for housekeeping only to find that they gave us new towels and replenished the coffee, but that was it. "First and foremost I have been to Quinta hotels in other states and this Quinta hotel has been the worst stay for my family and I . First the front entrance is dirty you walk in and you have to wait to be greeted you’re given a key and goodbye go to your room! No explanation on the amenities , wifi, etc etc what professional hotels do! To my surprise they only have 1 elevator for customers and for housekeeping ! You have to get in with bins of garbage or linen if a worker is waiting for the...

"Please dont go here. Worst experience ever. I went to check in and they told me to pay extra for parking and when I said no. They were like I dont care you are not getting a refund. Absolute nightmare. We left without staying. Lady looks at you like you a criminal. So unprofessional, shady hotel. Please dont go there."

"Like lipstick on a pig. Cheap updates made to an already outdated property. Paper thin towels and sheets. The 2nd floor was under construction. Had to move from a room on that floor. The room smelled damp and musty, like air hadn’t circulated in it for over a year. The front desk staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating."

"Properties under renovations, but our room was completely brand new. We didn’t get to use the pool, but it was very clean. Just a bit small. Staff seemed very busy, but friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night and realized as we were leaving. There was really nowhere to put your clothes for a longer stay. No drawers or useful shelves. We thought maybe they just hadn’t finished the room."

"Very nice room . First day the pool wasn't open due to low chlorine. Next day the pool was open but couldn't get access to it because there was a ton of people in the pool along side with nowhere to walk or park in their parking lot. Loud music blasting and a cook out in the middle of the parking spaces ! Never will stay here again ."

"Enclosed pool area" -- required us to use our door pass to get in, but the back door leading to an unsecured drive was wide open WITH NO LOCK ON IT. "For this price it was actually better than expected. The food delivery option was greatly appreciated with my late arrival. The bed was quite comfortable. I would stay again."

"Our room was very clean but that was the only area that was. Hallways filthy and everything was run down. Pool is closed. Rugs are disgusting., thankfully the room had a lament floor. Disappointing for $350 a night! "

"Stayed here with 3 kids and had a great time. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was wonderful and very helpful. We stayed around Easter time and the hotel would hide Easter eggs around the hotel daily with prizes for the kids. They absolutely loved it! The pool was a big hit too. On our first morning we accidentally came too late for breakfast and the wonderful staff made sure we still got something to eat. 10/10 would stay here again!"
