"Hard to tell if the hotel is new or old. It’s modern but has worn furniture/fixtures in some places. We had all we needed and were comfortable in our suite."

"Lovely, clean hotel. The problem i had was the noise. I had a wonderful view of the river and the bridges but I heard every loud car, truck, motorcycle and siren. The staff was very accommodating and gave me a room facing the opposite direction. That room had a damp feeling. Assuming from the AC. And during the week there is not much for breakfast. "Opponent arrival, I used the lobby restroom, which had flies and bugs in it. The furniture in the lobby was filthy and worn out. I arrived an hour early and they said they still had not cleaned the room yet so I said I would gladly wait. Upon a visual inspection of the room after they cleaned it, it had been hastily done. Sheets were not changed and everything reeked of some industrial cleaning fluid. Expedia did give me a $25 return of my money that I used on an alternate hotel that evening....
