"While checking in was busy but everyone waiting was offered a complimentary drink while waiting, all staff was friendly and pelite. The standard room for 2 was really nice- clean, showers and toilets was clean but a bit on the smaller side but still managed to enjoy the rainfall shower. All in all was a great experience and would come back again when staying in Amsterdam."

"I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by this place. The free shuttle ran twice every hour around the clock, and the stop was right outside airport arrivals with a big white tour-style bus that was easy to spot. Check-in was smooth and every staff member I interacted with was courteous and helpful. I stayed in the apartment section and expected something small or cramped for the price, but the space was much larger and more comfortable than I thought it would be. "Everything at the hotel was very clean… Staff was courteous and very helpful. One suggestion I might make is to lighten up on the bleach… When I walked into my room, it was such a strong smell that my eyes began to water. I opened the window so that was helpful. Other than that, I love the place. I will be back."
