"Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!"

"Bar had a strong selection of beer and wine, the pool was clean, and the arcade was a great touch. My 4 year old Nieces said it was "the best hotel EVER"."

"Refrigerator/microwave/air conditioning didn’t work and associate was unable to switch towards another room although it was brought to their attention on multiple occasions. Clean environment friendly staff just poor critical thinking skills "

"The front attendant was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was quiet despite the fact that a large group of students was staying. The decor was Interesting but the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was standard but the coffee was actually good. Very close to William and Mary and Colonial Williamsburg. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay there again."

"We drove 6.5 hours and paid for the room days in advance. Once, we arrived and checked in we were informed they had given my room away. I asked if he had a king and he stated he did but when given the keys, I was booked into a room with 2 double beds. I went to use the fridge and didn't realize it wasn't plugged in and when I had to move the shelf it was in to plug it in, I found 2 dead mice."

"Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front....

"The access to Colonial Williamsburg is easy, and resort amenities are nice."

"It seems the property went through some renovation recently and it was left in really good shape. We got a two bedroom suite which was exactly what we were hoping for. The location is great, really close to downtown. I would most certainly recommend people to stay at this place."
