"Our stay started out on a bad note, as the young lady who checked us in was not at all pleasant nor welcoming. Not even a smile….we were tired after a long drive and a pleasant welcome would have been appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was very nice, with many choices. All in all, a nice hotel, and we would stay again."

"We stayed for 4 nights and never received any room service to clean the room even after calling twice. Best we got was a maintenance man who came to the room with a garbage bag full of towels.
Their excuse was that they were too busy with 300 check ins. It appeared like those that used Expedia to book a room was on the bottom of the priority list."
