"We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and were crammed in a room with two queen beds that was very small to accommodate two queen beds. You couldn’t walk past the end of the bed if someone was sitting in the deck chair and you had to stand beside the closet to open it because there was not enough room at the end of the bed. "I like staying at this property because it is in a convenient location for banks and stores like Shoppers Drug Mart, parking is plentiful, it’s great for dog owners to walk in a safe area, there are lots of food choices both take out and eat in restaurants within walking distance many are open later. "I was pleased with the room. It was very clean modern bed and furniture and were all well maintained. The shower and bed were great.The interior hallways are somewhat dated and old but don't let thay dissuade you. I was paying a discount for the room. And for the price I was more than happy. Staff were very good. I prepaid so things were easy. When I added a night, I was accommodated within 10 minutes. I had no expectations entering the hotel. I left with a better than expected experience."

"They were very strict about the 3:00 check in and provided very little in amenities. Upon check out if you didn't ask for a receipt they didn't offer one. As far as towels they put to face towels in the bathroom, if you want to shower you have to go ask for bath towels. Certainly not a place Would recommend or return to."

"Disappointed with our room. Only 1 bottle of water left in room, should be 2. Shampoo dispenser place in tub, that fell off the wall. Shampoo and conditioner bottles empty and not filled up. For the price, more attention to detail is needed."

"Nicest room that I have stayed in for quite a long time. The bed was incredible comfortable, and there were far more amenities than I expected. The staff (Gabriel at the front desk in particular) was very helpful and the location was convenient. The only minor downsides that I will share for full transparency: downtown Hamilton is sometimes a bit sketchy, and there were quite a few homeless people sleeping or walking within the vicinity of the hotel. Many seemed not well but absolutely none...
