"The room wasn’t clean, the mold in the shower would prevent the water from even draining. There were coffee stains on the table from whoever was there before. You could not sleep in even if you wanted to, it gets SO hot inside, we were running out of there. My room was sold to me as an upgrade for with w city view and all we could see were the electrical lines. I saw someone else leave a review that staff was non existent, and I agree. A security guard from a different business ended up helping us out! There’s other places around with a better view, more comfortable and clean. Would not recommend this place."

"A great hotel with great staff. We stayed for 2 nights, the Wi-Fi was excellent, we had a great check in. Breakfast was top notch. Pool was clean and when we stayed no one else was around. You had hammocks and plenty of sun beds. Good restaurants close by, and the area felt very safe. The front desk booked our taxi back to the airport for a great price, was cheaper than uber and the vehicle was in great condition. If you're going to use a hotel in San Salvador I would recommend this without hesitation."

"Terrible service from Hilton. I've stayed at the Hilton many times and the quality of service has gone down drastically. In December I paid for 2 queen beds. When I got there they gave me a room with one queen and one twin size. I didn't get reimbursed for the different room we got. April, I had the same situation happen. They recieved payment for a room with 2 queen size beds, and they did not provide the room we paid . They stated it was because they overbooked, what a coincidence the same thing happened 4 months apart. During our first night in April they gave us a room with 1 queen size bed and in the middle of the night they woke us up to put in an old twin size bed. The next day they moved us to a different room but with 2 full size beds. Again, they received payment for a room with 2 queen size beds but failed to provide what was paid for, and refused to reimburse us. We didn't ask for a full refund, we only asked to get a price reduction as we paid for bigger beds not full or twin sizes. They refused and stated that the manager wasn't available. The overall quality and customer service has been horrible for the past year. I will never be staying here ever again. 5 star hotel? More like 1 star hotel."

"The place is great, clean with a beautiful View. The road to get there is very narrow and uphill so definitely need 4x4 a small car might not make it. The shops are near by which it’s great. I would definitely recommend. "
