"Absolutely one of the most wonderful, unique hotels we have ever stayed out. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and made our stay perfect. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Budapest. Hotel knew the bathroom had a defect since there were already molds present in areas where the water was coming from but they still placed us in that room since they were fully booked. Another red flag was that they charged me upon check in. This is a tactic that they used so you can no longer get yiur money back. When we asked for a compensation at check...

"It’s a small hotel, but nice and clean. I felt the room was smaller than expected after looking at the pictures online. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is that the cleaning staff started very early and dragged the furniture all around when they were cleaning and it was very loud, woke us up unexpectedly. The breakfast was excellent and had many options to pick from. The kitchen and service staff cleaned off your plates and stuff from your table, so you don’t clean after...
