Concierge service was useless. When I ate in bar section, service very slow. The rooftop they hype has never been open in my one week stay!"

"Very pleasant hotel in a nice area of Tokyo. Quiet and clean. Closely connected to metro stations. Close convenience stores for those late night snack runs. The lounge was very nice to have and I used the fitness centre which was very clean. Room was spacious with a nice view. Would stay here again."

"Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Vwry well connected: Around 20 mins from Haneda airport and 5 minutes walk from underground. Beautiful common spaces like the lobby andthe library. Delicious buffet breakfast with a good variety of options for breakfast. Staff was incredibily welcoming and helpful: we checked in an hour earlier than expected as we were extremely tired and jet lagged and staff mamaged to offer us a room right away. "We recently stayed at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo and had a wonderful experience overall. We booked a Club Room, which gave us access to the Club Lounge. This was definitely worth it, with a great selection of drinks and delicious nibbles available throughout the day. The food quality was excellent, and it was always a pleasant place to relax after exploring Tokyo. What really stood out was the staff. Wow! Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive....
