The little extras (variety of teas, plump cushions, cozy throws, reading lamp and corner chair) really made us feel pampered. "When we arrived we had to wait 10-15min before someone showed up to check us in. Once we entered the building the smell of cigaret was the first thing that came to our face. The room itself could have been ok if it wasn’t for the big lack of cleaning. Cap of toothpaste stuck in the sink, spots of something in the sink (blood or something reddish), stains here and there on the sheets and the bed covers. "We love this hotel ! It was exceptional! The food was good and the place was kept so clean and lovely. Everything was so convenient! The pool was great and there was a washroom, a change room and a warm shower right near the pool! (Can’t say the same for the Alt airport hotel’s pool area!"

"The view of the harbour from our room was great and the location to restaurants etc was very good. On street parking was hard to find. Room was very dated which I sort of expected. Linens need to be replaced and washed more effectively and area carpet was stained and tired. Breakfast at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Room came equipped with milk and creamers in the fridge as well as real glasses and mugs instead of paper and plastic. Nice touch."

"Only used for sleeping. Easy to get to at later time in the evening. Cabin was clean and bathrooms were very close to cabin."

"Staff super accommodating and friendly! Breakfast option was great and fresh! Even gave me a bunch of rags to wipe off our motorcycles (rain yesterday) location was great and close to everything. Felt safe and being able to park bike in front of patio doors was also a plus."
