"Was a great stay!"

"Needed to extend my stay for an extra night due to work. Asked to reserve the extra night thru expedia. By mistake 2027 was selected. When trying to correct this I was not refunded for the mistake reservation. Lost $300 dlls. Still to payed for the correct reservation 2026 date."

"They really did not have a breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, And waffles really dont do it for me. If you are going to say you serve breakfast you got to do better than that. What you have is self-serve for an adolescent."

"I have stayed at many Courtyard hotels but this is the first time I have been disappointed with one of their hotels. It started upon arrival my rprepaid room was assigned to someone else with the same last name but a different first name. It took more than an hour after ✔️ in time to resolve but I still didn't get the exact room which was supposed to be handicap amenities . "We had a third floor room in a middle building. There were no usual amenities like shampoo or coffee in the room. It was quite a walk from our room, down a moldy elevator to the office for morning coffee which was already cold The room was too small for two beds crammed against the walls with room between for only one person to get into and out of bed. Very inconvenient for two elderly people. We have paid the same price for much better stays in other Motel6’s."

"This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate."

"Very clean, has washers and dryers, and a nice little kitchenette in the rooms. Great for an extended stay (we stayed for a week). No complaints!"

"The hotel was always super clean and everyone was friendly, only one issue. I booked on Expedia and had a pet when I arrived. The lady at the desk didn’t know how to do that so she just charged me me the $150 deposit. The next day the lady knocked on my door for 5 mins to collect the pet fee. I wasn’t there, my husband was in shower and the dog went crazy. She saw me coming up the elevator and said I need to collect the pet fee I said ok. Came down a few mins later she said she reversed the 150...
