"The staff was amazing. The front desk dealt with an expedia bug that double booked customers very graciously and were very welcoming every day of my stay. The hotel is in a perfect location, quiet neighborhood close to most places you want to visit in nyc. They have a great lounge where you can enjoy drinks, food and watch a world cup game. The staff is what absolutely makes this place amazing . From the front desk to the staff at the lounge they are all superstars !! See you soon Eddie"

"Maid never showed up to replace dirty dishes in sink, clean room, make the beds or disposed of garbage on daily basis. I reported large cockroach in kitchen. After complaint, several staff members showed up and cleaned everything but were unable to find the cockroach."

"The room was a good size for NYC, not a closet! Bed was comfy with adequate pillows. The Bell Man was super helpful/accommodating. The Front Desk wasn’t super accommodating with early check-in l, but did end up letting my hubby check-in an hour early. The location is convenient & by Time Square."

"I was there recovering from minor surgery with a nurse. The hotel took care of every request, brought me any food I could want. Even provided a shower chair (that I didn’t know I’d need) I can not talk highly enough of the staff and the service. I live in NYC, so I don’t stay in hotels here that often. This hotel is just as prestigious as you would expect!"
