"Housekeeping had to be asked for repeatedly. 4 days until our room was serviced. Towels and washcloths were not replaced until you went to the front and asked for them. Breakfast was good the first day but was less and less each progressive day. Waffle machine removed. Food gone before the end of breakfast. Staff was pleasant. "

"Everything was clean, well decorated. The rooftop hot tub was a little more public than we were hoping for but once it got dark out it was fine. It wasn't a big deal to have to strip the bed, start the dishwasher, and take the garbage out to the dumpster, but for the price paid you'd think that would be included...or at the bare minimum this requirement should be listed BEFORE booking, rather than in the list of rules/requirements you receive after booking. That said my wife and I had a great time and would definitely stay here again."
