"Our stay at the Radisson was great. The room was clean and very spacious. The pool is really nice. Staff was very helpful and set up our shuttle from the hotel to the cruise line port for us, which was only $6 a person. "

"The first room we were put in was dirty. They moved us to a new room. This one had a broken AC, the mattress was lumpy-made you roll to the center when you tried to adjust to a different part of the bed- and the pillows had seen better days. The Ac fan made intermittent grinding noises throughout the night, and kept us awake for most of the night. Staff were nice. We did not eat at the restaurant. "

"Just horrible conditions "

"Our only issue was that we arrived a few hours before check in time and were told no rooms were availble. We checked back every hour as told by staff. A room was made available to a travelling companion which was fine but we saw two other griops get rooms that came after us and we had to wait longer. Not sure of the circumstances but this let us wondering why we did not get a room even though we had inquired before others"
