"Staff was exceptional and went out of their way to be helpfull."

"I got a last-minute, last room on a Wednesday. The price was good for the location. Despite the (tacky) haunted mansion attraction across the street, and public restrooms located in their parking lot. This is an older, but clean, property that It is right on the boardwalk, steps away from the beach, and closer to the pier than the Neptune statue (but not far!). There is a small restaurant that serves expensive, for what it is worth bottled beer bar onsite. I did not eat at the restaurant...

"Positive: early check in. Friendly staff willing to help when asked. Negatives: crumbs all over the room. Fridge leaking water and not cooling properly. Tv not working. Sliding doors hard to open and close. Neighboring room had guests smoking pot and cigarettes on the balcony and the smell wafted into our room. Extra door lock somehow engaged and locked us out of the room. Uncomfortable couch and chairs."

"The staff was amazing. The rooms were probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in, considering the price we paid. I didn't eat the breakfast because I don't care for that particular meal myself. However my mom and sister found the food to be hot (eggs), with plenty of options to choose from and stated it was good. We were able to walk or take the trolley everywhere we wanted to visit, so the car was parked in their parking garage the whole trip, which saved money on gas."

"Beautiful view and a great room for the most affordable price close to the ocean. Water pressure was also great. My only complain is the internet, it was not good. Everything else was beyond my expectations and I would come back"

"The towels were so old and stained, the bed coverings were so old and dirty! There was dust all over the countertops. We thought we could stay but after about an hour we felt so disgusted we had to leave and rent a hotel down the road. Me and my wife have been married 26 years and we both agreed this was the worst place we have ever stayed!!!"

"The room was dirty smells very bad it had a lot of flies inside the room when we got there , it didn’t have the alarm system on it overall i was very disappointed about it never going back to this places again ."

"The room had a smell as pets lived inside .Which when u went to the desk he stayed that’s the cleanest and so I need a smell good to hang up.I was kind of disappointed.But my mom used to be a housekeeper so she brought products and cleaned it up.We also paid for a queen size bed but we received full.But the best thing about this place was the pool it was nice and cleaned everyday and we had a wonderful time inside because the beach was super hot .I would rate this place 5/10"

"Ac worked, room was clean, but there is no pool like pictured. It is walking distance to the beach though. We had a good stay"
