"The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay."

"The lady at the frontdesk was super helpful. Wish breakfast was a little better."

"Our room had curtains that we could not close because they were ripped. We had to use a hanger to keep them close because people could see right into our room. We prepaid for the room and then was charged again when we got there and are still awaiting a refund. The woman at the desk, unfortunately did not know how to correct it and it appears that the manager that came by did not either because the amount is still not returned to me, although the $35 incidental fee has been refunded."

"The employees are what make this hotel so special. From the front desk to the people who set up the breakfast buffet just the people who are vacuuming the hallways. They smiled when they saw you coming they said good morning. They just made you feel good."

"I arrived late. The room rate was pretty high. It was graduation weekend. So I guess they were looking to cash in. The room was adequate. Bed was comfortable. Shower was walk in. Brandi at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was kinda thin on selection."

I booked a room with two double beds through my Expedia app. The property gave me a room with one (single) bed and a couch that was so filthy and full of brown stains my dog would not sleep on it. The pictures of the rooms on the internet are not actually what the rooms look like. I told the man at the front I booked a room with double beds. He claimed that was the last room available. I told him since they did not deliver on the correct room I booked there would be no other...

"Five stars all around! Great staff, bar and lounge. Clean rooms, easy parking and close to downtown. Will definitely stay again"

"Clean and comfortable room, great breakfast, hot tub was a nice extra. No real complaints. Note that TV's do not have apps which was not a huge deal for me."
