"The room was clean and it looked very nice on the inside. I'd stay here again if I needed to spend another night in Houston. While it was overall a good stay, the bed light would occasionally go off throughout the night when no one touched it. The walls were also pretty thinwhile the noise wasn't much issue, be aware of some noise if you choose to stay here."

"Waited an whole hour to check in.Staff lied said they would call when room was ready.Necer called waited in line for a hour. Watched as other guest were taken care of before me after I was the first check in."

"There were a few things, makeup or something on one of the pillows, I just put it off to the side, and the bottom sheet had a tear in it, my foot snaged it a few times. But the rest of the room was clean, the bed didn't have other weird stains or smells. I slept great so that huge plus."

"The room smelled like mildew after a recent rain. I worried about my clothes smelling like mildew after leaving so I kept most in the suitcase and closed it. There were holes in the duvet cover and the room felt dirty. Mattress was stiff and the pillows were generally flat. Very uncomfortable the first night and I hardly slept. Room was not cleaned daily. There was no soap or shampoo in the unit. I had to buy my own. Bathroom tissue is one ply and towels were old and rough. There was a coffee...

"The hotel was clean inside and out. Rooms was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of options and they changed daily. The Texas shapped waffles were a hit. The pool was a bit on the smaller side but worked for us. Staff was helpful when we needed them. "
