"Need hand towels. If you have international guests, this is the normal for us. Breakfast was nice. Room cleaned was good. Got a late check out. Picked up from airport. Gym is decent. Could do with few more weight and cardio machines. There is space. Been a good stay. Thank you "

"Every single thing was perfect. Manoj at the front desk was very helpful and very nice person to deal with. The location was so close to the Raja Chulan monorail station. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable beds. The shower was amazing. The breakfast was great every morning. Always fresh and kept topping up constantly. I would definitely go back to the same hotel. Very close to all the tourist spots and attractions."

"Overall good experience, however our first room was not to the standard of Four Seasons, with clear need for refurb. We were moved to a better room and this felt more like the Four Seasons we have come to expect. The location is fantastic, however the soundproofing of the rooms is not very good, therefore expect a lot of street noise no matter what floor you are on. We will be staying here again, but hope that all rooms are brought up to the appropriate level of this hotel. "
