"Check in was terrible- after travelling for 10 hours, I would like to be greeted right away. There not busy at all but all three attendants acted like we did not exist. They were short on their responses and acted as if we are a bother than guests.
Vending machines did not work on the first night we arrived late at night - I just want water to drink. The free two bottles can be redeemed only during the store was open.
I booked an ocean view but what I got was peek a boo view of the ocean.

"Staff was friendly and the room was very convenient for my early flight (shuttle service was really nice). I also appreciated food they had in the lobby since I didn't have a chance to grab any beforehand. The room's AC didn't appear to work but I was too tired to ask so that's partly on me. Either way with the fan on I was able to sleep fine and everything else about the room was good. Overall a 4/5 stars"
