"stayed here w four other ppl and there was plenty of space for all of us! right about a subway station so it was super convenient to get around. walking distance from dontonbori and osaka tower. there’s a lawton’s,7/11, and family mart nearby so it was great for late night snacks. and a block down there’s a great bento place for cheap eats ! "

"We stayed for 4 nights. This place was very clean , very comfortable beds , nice views of the city from the balcony. We stayed in the 14th floor family of 5. Close to the station. The only thing no restaurants or stores around it. You can still hear the trains at night. And we saw a lot of garbage on the streets close to the building. "

"Stayed for family of 5 in a room. The check in process is a bit confusing. But we finally figured out how to contact someone on the IPad provided at the front desk. Overall, the space and size of the place is just right. It is close to transportation and convenience store which is a plus. The cost for the value is ok, a little higher than I expected. Overall good experience. "

"Great home base for all operations in the Dotonbori area. Apartment had everything we needed and it was really nice and clean. Loved that it had a washing machine (with complementary pods!). "

"We stayed for 2 nights and were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The staff asked if we needed any amenities during check-in since they do not leave them out in the lobby. There is wall with photos of the staff and their biography so you can learn about their interests. Also, if you fill out a survey you receive a token for a gashapon machine at the front desk. "The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful and very friendly as were all locals throughout Kyoto. Our family stayed in room 501 a beautiful clean studio unit that had bunk beds for our boys and two side by side very comfortable twin beds for my wife and I.
