Check in/out was fast. Parking was good. I just felt nervous because I had to walk the same path the cars are coming and leaving. It’s super dark and I was hoping I wouldn’t get hit. I used my flashlight on my phone. Property well maintained. The pillows sucked. Everything else was fine. The room was nice and big and clean.

We stayed at the Mauna Loa side of the resort...great for families who plan to mostly explore the island. Beautiful living quarters used as home base between outings. Plenty of space for family of 5. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Amazing for families!! Our unit was spotless and had a fully equipped kitchen. I love how there are multiple pools on property so everyone isn’t crowded at one. Shopping center with grocery store and lots of dining options is a 5 minute drive.
