"Great location. Nice, older hotel. The concierge, Judi, was very helpful. Only one elevator was working and that just wasn't enough for the amount of guests. Our room was okay; nothing fancy but comfortable. We couldn't get the a/c or heat to move off 68 degrees. The shower was tiny and not easy to use."

"It’s good for the price. The location is decent. It could be higher quality but it’s okay. One of their elevators isn’t as obvious to access. I didn’t get good view after customer service said they would provide a higher floor and better view."

"My partner and I really liked the hotel and stay but they charged us for a romantic package that we never requested. My partner only inquired about it and it was in our room when we got to the room. The hotel said we should have questioned it. Why would we when we didn’t approve it or request it."

"Didn't even make it to check in. Drove around for 30 mins to find parking. Then after arriving to the hotel, all the doors were locked and the call box was not working. Waited for about 5 mins and had to call someone to let us in. The front desk reception had been sitting maybe 50ft from the door the entire time we were waiting. Later called to get a refund and never made contact with the manager. "
