"I don’t believe this accommodation justify the cost if you will stay at this property without dinner and breakfast. I was able to reduce the expense for a night to c. $55 by using Expedia credits equal to $30, but if I didn’t have it, I would recommend to stay another one. Far from the center of Matsumoto Nothing was around the property Nothing would be provided to kids, such as amenities, welcoming tea and snacks, basically. "We stayed in this ryokan for a family trip. The city is unknown to non-Japanese people, but the people at the ryokan were so kind and helpful. Sometimes it was not easy to communicate as their English was not the best, but they tried their best to help. The meals were awesome, and the bath places were great as well. We were totally satisfied and I strongly recommend this place."
