Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village
There were bugs and cockroaches in the room. that staff was rude and not help full at all. Room service was terrible.

Great stay nice room, amenities and staff. You can also use the amenities and park the Hilton Waikoloa Village as well for free.

OUTRIGGER Kona Resort & Spa
I'm confused about how this resort is rated 4 stars. The rooms were poor, the bathroom quality was below average, and the shower had little pressure. I wouldn't recommend or pay for a stay here.
