Staff was excellent and the room was nice as well. Don the Beachcomber restaurant was not open, little disappointed. The Don's mia tia bar and grill was open and good. Property a little old but renovations are under way. Good location. Recommended.

Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village
Housekeeper were very polite and worked hard. They have way to many rooms to clean and do a good job. Staff were good , polite and helpful. No.bar or place to eat in ocean view towers you had to take tram to get to bar or food.

Great stay nice room, amenities and staff. You can also use the amenities and park the Hilton Waikoloa Village as well for free.
