"Everything was incredible from the moment we arrived. Early check in was available, the team arranged parking for our car. Had dinner both nights at the restaurant and can’t fault the food, my chef partner loved everything on the menu. Staff were so attentive and lovely. Good location if you’re looking for somewhere slightly out of town, a little quieter. Only a 20ish minute walk into old town. "

"Theta is a fine place to stay, very near the Atki Miaouli (nice places for breakfast) and an easy walk to all the sights, without being surrounded by tour groups. Very comfortable room, with a fine bathroom. "

"A great hotel in Chania! The communication with the host was great - quick responses and very friendly. The suite itself was beautiful, very clean and spacious! The beds and couch were super comfortable as well, felt very relaxed here. The only downside to the area is that it faces a school, and during the week is pretty loud most of the morning into the afternoon. "The house rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. A lovely and traditional place near the seaside. A good place to start walks in the evening or to go shopping or dining in the city center. We would come again. "

"Beautiful thoughtful renovation of a very old building. For design and architecture fans. From the linens to the woodwork every detail done with finesse. Sweetest staff and fresh breakfast buffet on a comfortable little terrace among the rooftops.. Hotel is in a pedestrian part of the old town, in a quiet alley off a narrow street that comes alive at night with outdoor dining. Quiet but very central. Loved this place."
