"Friendly staff, good room, pool and airport pickup service"

"Air conditioning was good in our room. The pool was clean and very refreshing. Breakfast was fresh food and good service from staff. We enjoyed our stay as we arrived very late from a long flight and this hotel is close to the airport. "

"Excellent shuttle service. Our room was okay but the bathroom was in need of updating. Shower floor particularly dangerous and slippery when wet and I think had drainage problems which meant it smelled really bad. Breakfast was fantastic. Yummy and varied. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Spa was excellent ,i had a 90min massage which was the best i’ve ever had. Please pass this onto the Spa staff.The restaurant - « Salt », delicious food, a wide variety of options, the chefs looked very professional. the waitress’s were helpful even bringing a fan to the table because of the heat. We were picked up by friendly driver at midnight. I can’t fault the Hospitality, wonderful experience, thank you."

"Don’t stay here unless you have to be 10 minutes from the airport. The place is in disrepair. Among many other things, pieces of carpet cover the broken hall floor tiles. Everything is in need of refurbishment. Front desk staff look like they would rather be anywhere else. "

"Nice hotel and a good introduction to Sri Lanka. Well located within walking distance of restaurants and local shops. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel is still under construction. As a result we heard drills and hammering until after 1am. Phone not connected. Wifi passwords all confused and no one to help. After 2hrs sleep as we had an early flight, I informed the staff at checkout of poor quality stay. They agreed about noise from builders and said others had complained. I asked for manager to folllow up- Nothing!!! I asked Expedia to follow up- and they denied any building going on. Plain lying!!! How disgusting...

"Nice location near the airport for a quick stay. Airport pickup was provided with a midnight arrival. Awoke to lush gardens in a very quiet area of town. The staff was very help in arranging a tour. Nalaka setup tuktuks and boat tour. He also shared some tips on surroundings cities. Breakfast and dinner options were very good and promptly prepared. "

"The perfect landing spot in Negombo, close to the airport to rest after a long journey. The family room was super spacious and comfortable, the pool was fantastic, and the owner and staff super welcoming and accommodating, including booking us into a memorable lagoon tour that evening. The only piece of feedback is to more clearly indicate the Villa Name at airport pickup, as we had some slight challenges in finding our driver and had not yet sorted out our phone connections.
