"I booked this stay for a wedding in Charlevoix. I called to arrange for an early check-in two weeks prior to the stay in which I was told by 3 (very helpful) employees that my reservation was not real, and that I should contact hotels.com to proceed with a refund. "The house was so inviting and comfortable.
I would suggest the sleeper sofa be in the house rather than on the back enclosed porch and have some non glass dinner ware and cups for future guests with families.
Otherwise a solid 5!
