"Great spot, amazing views. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the little karaoke restaurant and bar was a lot of fun and the burgers were good. It is not the Marriott, it’s a different kind of nice. It’s a conveniently located hotel that’s across the street from a bunch of food trucks and it has one of Waikīkī’s best kept secret a traditional French restaurant open for brunch. "I must start off by saying this is the second time I stay here and I love this hotel! I love how you can easily walk to Wakiki beach , very safe , quiet , and spacious! Friendly staff. We had a stove , counter ,microwave ,full size fridge in our room , and huge closet space , and a nice size back porch. ABC store right across the street! I look forward to booking this hotel next trip as well! 5+ stars! "

"The one star rating for communication is for the reservation foul up which was not the fault of the Ala Moana staff, they were amazing! Unfortunately, not booking through the hotel directly caused so much unneeded stress. I paid a lot of money before arriving and once at the hotel they had no reservation for me so I had to pay for another room through the hotel directly. I was fortunate the hotel wasn't fully booked.
