Every meal is different and the presentation is very pretty. There is always a welcome snack whenever we came back to the ryokan. It's a pity that i did not buy the snacks which were available at the store in the Ryokan thinking that I can purchase them at the train station souvenir stores. Friendly...

"A very unique experience. The dinner set was quite impressive and very very unique. We really enjoyed the experience. The server was a very nice lady. The room was large and very nice with a stunning view of the lake. Too bad we could not see Mnt Fuji since it was very cloudy"

"The springs were amazing and very warm! The staff while serving the meals was top-notch! If you have the opportunity I'd suggest staying for more than 1 day and doing some hiking/exploring along the river. Beautiful scenery! "

"This place is a little far from the town but on the from Fuji city you pass a lake where you can a beautiful view of mt Fuji. The hotel is excellent with activities provided. Service is great and onsen really very nice. Two separate baths for male and female. They switched around in the morning. Meals are buffet style. They provided a good spread."

Food was beautiful and fresh, but a little advanced for kids. Wish they had a little bit more western breakfast choices. Rooms and futons were comfortable and clean.
