"Real good value. The room is clean, efficient layout, good writing desk, and has good aircon (not loud). Bathroom is relatively spacious with a big window on the room. Water pressure is very good, hot water is quick, and complete amenities. Good choices for breakfast. Rooftop restaurant & swimming pool with a great view f the Phnom Penh skyline. The gym is well-equipped. Location close to riverfront, plenty of restaurants around."
