Hotel Keluarga di Kampung Bali

"Breakfast and foods was excellent, staff is helpfull but we couldn’t sleep properly something bitting our body then we found bed bugs bitting us. When we open blanket we found some bugs"

"Sebuah hotel yang memiliki dua gedung. Saya dapat kamar di gedung lama, dengan lift yang tua. Akses masuk agak curam dan kurang ramah difabel. Kamar seperti hotel kelas ai*y. Pintu seperti habis didobrak, kusennya sedikit rusak. Mungkin yg bikin mahal karena lokasinya tepat di jantung Jakarta. Makanan standar. "

"When staying period in here.... On the morning the electricity is OFF..... they diesel genset machines is no fuel... Finally 1 hour no electricity.... This is ridiculous.... "

"sangat nyaman, berkelas sekali"

"Excellent service "

"On check-in, they did not have the confirmed (!) non-smoking room with 2 beds, and offered a smoking room ("That's Ok, right?" - NOT OK, how dare you suggest). So had to wait for them to find a solution. Free parking? Sure, if you can find a spot. Parking is permanently full, and no opportunity on the street-side curb or nearby. The restaurant is exorbitantly expensive and of mediocre quality. The room was good, a bit small but clean. The bathroom is clean, with good hot water."

"Great hotel in great location in Jakarta, easy access to Grand Indonesia. Rooms are clean and spacious. However, service and maintenance need to be looked after especially during peak season. We had to make several calls before an extra towel was delivered. The dryer in one of our rooms did not work, the ac on the other room was not cold just because the filter was clogged. But afterall, stay at Ascott Jakarta is always pleasant, especially during the Idul Fitri Holiday."

"Good place but only pools is too small and too cold"

"Lokasi langsung di Mall Central Park"
