We stayed two nights in Kanazawa and the hotel was great in every way. Walking distance from the train station and close to many tourist areas. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. If you’re looking for an affordable hotel near the train station, I’d suggest staying here. We will be back

Very comfortable stay at this hotel. Loved the pillow selections available. Lots of amenities on offer from face masks to pyjamas. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Though I didn’t go there was welcome drinks and snacks available every evening. The Osen was a lovely option after a long day exploring.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and property were in excellent condition. The breakfast was the best I have had from a hotel in Japan with the baked goods being notable. The evening cocktail was much appreciated. Amenities such as face masks and skin care as well as lounge wear made the experience fantastic. The onsen was very nice and never crowded. Tattoo must be covered but I went when empty to avoid that. The washer was reasonably priced at 200 y and soap was available for free, dryers free. I paid 700 yen to do one load at another hotel so thank you! I was able to receive and ship my bags. Close to konbinis. Able to choose your pillow! I'm a customer for life.

The natural hot spring baths (onsen) for both men and women were a welcome respite for our weary bodies from traveling. We stayed in a family room with two sets of twin bunk beds. I like that the hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood. The morning breakfast buffet had a good selection of options. I have two complaints. The auto opening front door broke during our stay and while it was fixed by maintenance workers rather quickly, it was an inconvenience as there was no way to signal to the front desk that you were standing outside trying to get in. Additionally, the lightening in our room was very poor. Only two small ceiling lights were installed and two very small bed lights. Yes, we did have a floor lamp, but it only illuminated a small portion of our long rectangular shaped room. Better lighting would be appreciated.

Great staff!! The gentleman that checked us in was super thorough explaining about onsen times, **open bar time, breakfast, check out etc. The value for our stay was amazing. We selected the breakfast package and it was well worth it. Onsen was great! Breakfast was just right and options changed daily. The open bar from 5pm to 9pm was an unexpected bonus. The family room seemed spacious for 3 adults. Amenities were top shelf. Hope to stay here again next visit.
