"The staff were great, the hotel is really clean, the room we we're in was awesome. Breakfast was really good. The pool was a little cold for my own liking but the hot tub was amazing. I would definitely stay here again."

"Staff was friendly and breakfast offered lots of variety. I found a few long black hairs in my room, so I questioned the cleanliness a bit. I also did a load of laundry, and the dryer left scorchmarks on a few of my things. It also was not vented properly- it just blew all the dryer air into the room."

"I usually don’t do this, but I had the worst experience with this place. When we first walked in, it was filthy! The carpet looked like they were from a 1970s basement, and the rest of the property matches this decor. We got to our room and the phone didn’t work and there wasn’t a shower curtain. Seems like you can’t pay an employee to care, except for driver, he was cool. There wasn’t a hotel party above our room, and I called the front desk multiple times and they couldn’t stop the noise...

"I did not like the fact that one elevator was broken for the entire stay at the hotel was packed. The breakfast food was lukewarm at best. One of the Hotel at the front desk was so loud and boisterous that no one within 15 feet of her could hear anyone else talking and trying to communicate directions. She 100% full of herself. I will not stay at this property again."

"It was clean, the rugs and some finish on some walls was a lil worse for wear but for a place we were only sleeping in it was fine. And the very convenient feature was the complimentary wash and dryer use! Overall it was a nice place to stay thay was close to downtown Seattle and the highway to Ranier/Olympic parks."

"The staff was nice. However, I reserved and paid for 2 queen beds on Expedia, but when I got there, I was told that I paid for a single queen and I had pay extra for 2 queen beds, even though my Expedia reservation stated 2 queen beds. It was late at night and we were tired, so I paid the extra, but it didn't seem right. We won't stay there again."

"Men’s the bed was super comfortable, and the room was very clean. The front desk staff was less than helpful in terms of parking. Parking is super tight and I had disabled parking, but still struggled to find a spot. They don’t have enough parking for the amount of guests that they can accommodate. Also, there are no streaming services on their TV so you just have local channels. . "
