"Great visit and will definitely return! On another note: A painting crew was spraying the exterior of the hotel and our vehicle got some overspray on the finish. However, within a week, the staff-particularly Brian McCrary and Shane Bailey- worked expeditiously to resolve the situation. The paint company sent the funds yesterday per the estimate and we are scheduled to have the shop remove the overspray this week. Unreal. Great staff. Great experience."

"My wife Lina and I stayed at the Loews Kansas City Hotel during our trip to catch a Royals game at Kauffman Stadium, and it was a flawless experience. The location is absolutely great, serving as the perfect home base for exploring the city, including our night out at the Green Lady Lounge. Every aspect of the hospitality was top-notch. The staff was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived, making check-in effortless. Our room was extremely clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The on-site dining and drinks were a major highlight. The sports bar area is fantastic, featuring exposed silver ventilation pipes and vibrant blue ambient lighting that gives it a lively, modern energy—making it an ideal spot to grab a drink, socialize, and watch a game. Just steps away, the lobby bar serves as a stunning architectural centerpiece, featuring towering, illuminated circular liquor displays that create a sophisticated, luxurious environment. Relaxing on the comfortable leather sofas there with a glass of Malbec was the absolute perfect way to wind down. The food was excellent across the board. I cannot find a single thing wrong with this hotel. It is definitely one of the best franchise hotels I have ever stayed at, and we will absolutely be going back."
