"Staff check in was rude and we felt our check in was inconveniencing them. Television did not work the whole stay. One of the bed frames was crooked so my son fell off the bed while sleeping. The non smoking room reeked of smoke. Hotel refused refund."

We were fortunate to acquire a box fan, as our air conditioner was malfunctioning. It was 98° with high humidity. I’m still dehydrated ..."
